Vela was founded by Ivelina and Angelica, who realised that their skills were a perfect match after working together in both agency and in-house roles. With a mix of clear thinking, hands-on experience and creative ideas, they wanted to make experienced marketing support accessible to smaller businesses - in a way that feels personal and practical.
While supporting SMEs managing high-profile clients, they noticed a gap: smaller businesses often didn’t get direct contact to the people actually doing the work. That’s why at Vela, you work with us directly.

Ivelina Nedkova
A local to East Grinstead, Ivelina brings over 12 years of marketing experience across digital and print. She spent more than six years at a media agency delivering integrated campaigns for the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, building strong expertise in structured marketing, governance and stakeholder management.
More recently, as Marketing Director at a consultancy, she partnered with leadership teams to shape strategy and ensure marketing supported wider commercial goals. Ivelina specialises in the operational side of marketing, helping businesses streamline processes, reduce complexity and turn strategy into clear, repeatable action.
Angelica Molas
Growing up in Oxted, Angelica has worked across the full marketing mix throughout her career, spanning professional services, publishing and brand-led environments. She spent several years delivering lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for global pharmaceutical companies, where she worked closely with Ivelina.
She later became Senior Creative Strategist at a TikTok-first agency, leading content, social and creative strategy for mainstream brands across all social platforms. Angelica focuses on brand awareness, storytelling and community-building, helping businesses show up consistently and connect with audiences in a purposeful, authentic way.
